Explanation of InvestorServe Reference

Depending on your selected holding type you can find the reference number by viewing a holding statement:

• Your Reference Number starts with an 'I' if you are Issuer Sponsored or 'X' if you are sponsored by a broker (CHESS) and is to be found on your previous holding statements.
• A Share Certificate will show a reference number that begins with a leading "S".
• A Unitholder Statement will show a unitholder number that is a ten digit number starting with 'U'.
• A Structured Product Confirmation letter will show an investor reference that is a ten digit number starting with 'P'.

For all of the above types, please enter your reference number leaving off any letters and the leading zeros.
